This competition is designed to reward competitors who enter mutliple events as they have a greater opportunity to accumulate points. Points are awarded per round, by Competition (Classic 2WD, Modern 2WD & Allcomers 4WD), so a consistent competitor could win the series.
(Points based on 1st=10points, 2nd=8, 3rd=6, 4th=5, 5th=4, 6th=3, 7th=2, 8th=1)
Round 1; Saturday March 17th, Targa Bambina, Pukekohe / Coromandel areas. Round 2; Sunday March 18th, Targa Bambina, Coromandel / Waikato areas. Round 3; Saturday June 9th, Targa Rotorua, Rotorua / South Waikato areas. Round 4; Sunday June 10th, Targa Rotorua, Rotorua / Matamata areas. Round 5; Tuesday October 23rd, Targa New Zealand, Auckland to New Plymouth. Round 6; Wednesday October 24th,Targa New Zealand, New Plymouth to Taupo. Round 7; Thursday October 25th, Targa New Zealand, Taupo to Palmerston North. Round 8; Friday October 26th, Targa New Zealand and Targa Hawkes Bay, Palmerston North to Hastings. Round 9; Saturday October 27th, Targa New Zealand and Targa Hawkes Bay, Hastings to Havelock North.
